Created as a unique, family sanctuary upon approximately 1,500m², this spectacular MacCormick & Associates Architects designed residence is a statement in rare style and sophistication.
Expansive water views from each level, dynamic architecture, beautifully detailed sandstone, and exquisitely crafted interiors combine to provide an exceptional retreat for living and entertaining.
Gosford Quarries supplied over 200m² of random squared split-faced cladding. Elements of curved walling, stair treads and coping stones were all cut to template to create a true curve. The split-faced wall cladding was installed to last a lifetime, using stainless steel pins to mechanically fix each panel to the substrate.
This new residence is undoubtedly one of Mosman’s most awe-inspiring family homes. Finished in the finest quality materials, it sets new benchmarks of excellence in architecture, construction, and detail.
